I was on the edge of my seat throughout.... seriously! I'm a statistics junkie!

I think that the fall-off in number of submissions from 2010 to 2011 has an obvious explanation. After our Head Librarian scoured the web for previously-written material to add to the Library in the early days, the Library then had to to rely on new writings and the occasional discovery of older material to supplement the collection from that point forward.

What is curious is a similar drop-off in number of member registrations from 2010 to 2011. Are there really that few of us that once the population of spanko readers has found the Library, there are relatively few prospective members left to join?

I too am a stats person, and I love numbers and how they work.

Great to see the number of comments made by readers, I was surprised and happy that we have that many viewers that make the effort to comment. The authors did also did a great job in commenting, with the average being over 100 for those authors who comment, that is a fantastic number.

85 NEW authors is also a great number, and I know some of these ones were readers and dared to make the leap to writing. Ones who have never written before and take the leap to writing are to be commended.

Februs, this was a lot of work and I really appreicate all the work you did in putting this together. Thank you very much.

MMMM, those naughty bar graphs and titilating, curvy pie charts sent me over the edge with arousal, Februs! It was ALMOST as good as getting a spanking (but not quite as statistically significant).

Seriously though, thank you, Februs, for all the work you do to gather information for us, and to keep things running so smoothly in the library. These stats show how many readers and writers continue to flock here to enjoy the variety and quality of the works contained within the LSF. I'm so happy I found this place!

Great job Februs, and quite a lot of interesting facts. The number of comments is outstanding and the quantity of new spanking stories is overwhelming. I'm way behind my readings and comments.

You all work hard at keeping the site up and running. I want to thank all of you personally for the efforts you put into it. This is a terrific update piece you've shared. Thanks Februs.

This was my favourite article by far! What an extraordinary list of extra features added - boy, you've been busy! As for the stats ... fascinating! I love it all. Thank you.

It probably took me a year to understand all the buttons and only yesterday I figured out AP. I love all the features and the stats, especially. It took me awhile to find my stats button and when I did, I was horrified, so I went to work on commenting more often.

Finally, Februs, You run an extraordinary site, unlike any I have ever experienced. And since it has only been the last 6 months I've become comfortable at LSF, I've grown to appreciate your consciencious work. and your constant adaptation to growth and change.

...and here is a question, you wrote above that you have added a "Site censor - The ability to change the browser title bar, site title and icon of both the main library site and the chat room was provided so that it's not apparent to the casual observer or family member that we're a spanking site." a facility which I do not need but I think that some readers could want to use it - but how (where do they click to come to this function)?

At present people need to send a popup to one of the admins or a note via the Contact Us button requesting we implement it for them.

I have always been slightly in awe of statistics but secretly admire them, particularly when they're illustrated - and explained - by colourful graphs and charts. Februs, you have done so much and I'd like to thank you not only for doing it but for explaining it so well.
