Scholarships Offered in Exchange for Spankings A restaurant boss has pleaded guilty to five charges of aggravated sexual battery and has been jailed for two years.  Henry Allen Fitzsimmons of Virginia, who is 54, admitted to setting up a scholarship program to help young women who wanted to go to college. Fitzsimmons gave each of the women $200 weekly, promised to pay for their college tuition, took them on expensive nights out and even bought one a car all as part of his so-called 'Spencer Scholarship Plan'. The women were spanked if they broke any of his rules, such as failing to call Fitzsimmons or drinking too much alcohol. When they did break the rules he would make them lay on the bed and spank their bare-bottoms with either a leather strap or a riding crop.Fitzsimmons met most of the women through a web-site. Although no money other than the allowance changed hands, one woman said that he offered to help pay for her daughter's birthday party, but only if he could spank her. Another of the women introduced him to her grown-up daughter and when the daughter and a friend accompanied Fitzsimmons on a boat trip, but refused to do chores, he beat them with a fiberglass rod. The women said the beatings had left them with bruises and welts on their backsides and they also accused him of assaulting them sexually during spankings. Fitzsimmons was facing other charges, including abduction and three counts of object sexual penetration, but these were dropped when he made the guilty plea. The dishing out of bare bottomed spankings earned John Bruce Jones an 18 month jail sentence in a civilian prison. He has been fined $2,000 for attempting to destroy a laptop issued by the government onto which he had downloaded spanking images. He has also been reduced in rank by one level (from Lieutenant Commander to Lieutenant) and is to be dismissed from the navy in what will be effectively a dishonourable discharge. He can apply to be released from jail early on condition he enters into a bond to be of good behavior for six months after serving 12 months of his 18 month sentence. Jones' lawyers have already filed an appeal against the decision which will be heard by the Defence Force Discipline Appeals Tribunal in March 2012. Mr Jones defence argue that three of the convictions were "unsafe and unsatisfactory" and also argue that the judge advocate should have not permitted as evidence a secret recording the female sailor made of a conversation between Jones and herself on her I-phone. 4 comments:

I think the sentance is a bit much. If the lady did not like the spankings why did she not report him after the 1st or even the 3rd one? He spanked her at home....who gave him access to her home unless she did. If he forced his way into her home then he would have been charged with break and enter. I think the two had a relationship and he broke it off. She was not happy and reported him, clear and simple. I wonder who is spanking her now, as she would be scorned in the Navy for reporting him. It has ended his career but likely it has also ended hers. 6 January 2012 16:25

I also agree with cadadianspankee. This woman is just out to make trouble for the man. I think people have gone crazy with all this mess. Please hold somebody responsible for their actions besides the ones that carried out the request. This is from a woman's point of view as I know how men can be enticed into situations and then have the woman turn it against him. I have never done that but know some who have and am no longer associated with them. 19 January 2012 14:08
